EnerRow Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to EnerRow, a fitness concept operated under EnerStudios. By accessing our website, mobile application, or booking and attending any class or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and apply to all EnerRow activities conducted in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

2. Bookings & Payments
All class bookings must be made through the official EnerRow website or mobile application.
We accept all major payment methods available in Saudi Arabia, including digital wallets and cards.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Prices displayed may be subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked class within the timeframe specified during booking.
Late cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled class (“No-Show”) may result in the class being deducted from your package.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to EnerRow’s discretion and applicable policies.

4. Packages & Validity
All class packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
Certain packages have a validity of one (1) month from the date of purchase.
Packages containing 24 classes are valid for two (2) months only.
Expired classes or packages cannot be extended, refunded, or credited.

5. Health, Safety & Liability Waiver
Prior to participating in any class, all clients are required to review and sign a Liability Waiver.
By attending classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
EnerRow sessions involve high-intensity training, including professional rowing machines, weights, and specialized fitness equipment.
Participation is entirely at your own risk. EnerStudios, EnerRow, and its trainers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation, except as required by Saudi law.

6. Trainers & Equipment
All EnerRow classes are led by certified and qualified trainers.
We use professional-grade rowing machines and strength-training equipment designed for supervised studio use.
Clients are expected to follow trainer instructions at all times to ensure safety.

7. Age Policy
The minimum age to participate in EnerRow classes is 13 years old.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may be required to provide written consent.
Children under 13 years old are not permitted to participate.

8. Photography, Videography & Media Use
EnerRow may photograph or record classes and participants for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
By attending classes, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for these purposes.
Clients may take photos or videos only with the consent of all individuals appearing in the content.
Content must not include individuals who have not agreed to be filmed, and must not be offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.
When posting EnerRow-related content, clients are encouraged to tag or mention EnerRow/EnerStudios.

9. Conduct & Studio Rules
Respectful behavior toward staff and other clients is required at all times.
EnerRow reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Proper athletic attire and footwear are mandatory.

10. Changes to Classes & Services
EnerRow reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, pricing, or services at any time.
In the event of class cancellation by EnerRow, clients will be offered rescheduling or credit.

11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of EnerStudios.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
